We want an all certified organic activated protein packed breakfast with real flavour, no sugar and non glutinous ingredients. So we pumped up this chia bircher with nutritious functional food. Almonds and brazil nuts add oomph and cinnamon, cardamom and vanilla bean provide aroma and flavour.
Activate your Big Day Bircher by soaking it at night in water or your fave milk, then dress it up in the morning. Add berries, yoghurt or kefir, maybe some Manuka honey and bee pollen too for a complete glam nutrient dense breakfast. It’s also super cool to pack it all up to go for that perfect snack or midday meal on the run!
P.s. we keep or bircher pure and there are no sugars or natural sweeteners added! If you want sweetness add a touch of Manuka honey, coconut sugar or natural sweetener.
MY TRIBE TYPE ritual: Night : soak 39 grams in water or fave milk. Morning: add kefir or yogurt, Manuka honey (if you want a touch of sweetness) and berries or seasonal fruit.
